Make friends with a Scout who has been to an International Scout Exchange Activity

I have a rover from my troop who has participated in a scout exchange before. It happened a few years ago where scouts from Thailand came to our school. During the exchange, he found out that all students were scouts because scouting was incoporated into their education. So once a week, all of the students would wear their scout uniform and do scout activities. Also, they played games with us when they joined our weekly training such as capture the flag where a few of the thailand scouts joined each patrol. Lastly,some of them traded badges and scarves with some of us too
